Matara Reef

"Experience the captivating  waters and white sands"

The video shows that matara reef is a perfect place for relaxation because of its cool and refreshing sea breeze and presence of stunning corals and shells.  Aside from we enjoyed walking barefoot on the fine white sand, we also appreciate boating and swimming on its shallow and clear water.

To ensure the comfortability of every visitor, several kubos with a minimal rental cost were constructed.

This white sand beach of Gonzaga is located along the seashore of Barangay San Jose, Gonzaga, Cagayan, more or less three kilometers from Port Irine, Casambalangan, Sta. Ana, Cagayan.

Tallag Rocks

Located along the sea shore of Barangay Cabanban Norte.Tallag Beach is accessible by any motorized vehicle passing thru 3-kilometer road from the national highway. It has a fine black sand and various sizes of rocks. Abundant with coral reef covered by various seaweed species adds more exciting adventure. Its groves are ideal for picnics and parties. Indeed, I had visited this place long time ago. We seized the moment while watching the sunset. During that night, we made a bonfire to light and warm us.

Reef Rocks and Falls: Welcome

Bagsang Falls

Gonzaga has its vibrant falls which is located at Sta Clara, Cagayan. It is a 30 minutes motor drive from the national road.

It has a short slope which ends exactly at the pool where the water falls. I was able to experience this refreshing environment 5 years ago when we had our outreach program in Sta. Clara. We had so much back then.

You can enjoy bathing with a very refreshing cool water.  Moreover, vines are hang everywhere at a distance, tall trees, interesting flora and flowers as well as a beautiful stream adds the refreshing ambiance of the place.
